After a quick drive on the Bucharest-Ploiesti highway and freeway, from Câmpina there is a 10-minute drive on the national road, where you can enjoy the extraordinary landscapes, where we will see the beauties of nature, from the mountains rising on the left and right side of the road, the Paltinu Lake up to the area-specific vegetation.

Pentru a putea crea un ecosistem complet, contractul va fi de asociere în participațiune, ce poate fi semnat pe 1-5 ani, cu posibilitate de prelungire la finalul duratei contractuale. Derularea contractului va fi una automată. Se va desfășura prin intermediul aplicației oficiale Blissful Invest. Acolo veți avea toate informațiile legate de investiție, împreună cu toate actualizările.
De asemenea, prin intermediul aplicației, dar și prin mail, veți fi anunțat cu 3 luni înainte de expirarea perioadei contractuale despre acest fapt. Veți avea la dispoziție 3 variante:
1. Retragerea câștigurilor la finalul fiecărui an sau la terminarea perioadei contractuale (la 72 de ore după expirarea contractului, veți primi suma investită, alături de randament, în contul propriu)
2. Posibilitatea de prelungire contractuală cu până la 5 ani
3. Posibilitatea de achiziționare a unei case (în cazul în care vor fi scoase la vânzare case din proiect și doriți să achiziționați propria casă, veți fi invitat la o discuție pentru a stabili procesul de achiziție)
